Meet the parts of yourself you've been avoiding.
Guided shadow work sessions that lead you question by question — private enough that even we can't read them.
How it works
1
Answer guided questions
Each session asks one question at a time, in an order designed to take you somewhere specific. You write; the interface stays out of the way.
2
See your patterns
Triggers you log and sessions you finish build a picture over time — which situations reach you, and what they have in common.
3
Integrate what you find
Every session ends on solid ground, and lessons connect what you wrote to ideas worth keeping. Nothing is left open.
Privacy
You pay us, so advertisers don't. No ads. No trackers. Your entries are encrypted on your device with a key only you hold — we couldn't read them if we wanted to.
How your privacy works →What shadow work is
The shadow is the set of feelings, wants, and traits you learned to hide — from others first, then from yourself. It never actually leaves. It shows up as outsized reactions, repeating patterns, and the particular people you cannot stand.
Shadow work is the practice of looking at that material directly instead of around it. In writing, with structure, at your own pace. The aim is not to fix yourself; it is to know what is actually running the show.
This is placeholder text the owner will replace. It stands where a fuller introduction to the practice, its origins in Jung's work, and its limits will go.
